Use of the workspace

Terms of use

Effective October 24, 2026

Moze Studio is a personal local application operated by MozeTech for preparing and publishing original content to authorized social accounts.

Scope

These terms describe use of this information website and the Moze Studio application by its authorized operator. The public site does not offer registration, a public publishing service, or access to the operator’s local dashboard. Moze Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, Anthropic, or xAI.

Account authorization and control

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Use the provider’s authorization process and grant only the access needed for the selected workflow. You remain responsible for protecting your computer, account access, and locally stored credentials.

Enabling automation authorizes the configured local workflow to generate or prepare content and submit it to the selected accounts on the configured schedule. Review the creative briefs, destination accounts, and schedule before activation. Pausing the local worker prevents new work; it does not cancel a video already scheduled on YouTube.

Content responsibility

You are responsible for the content you supply, generate, and publish, including captions, claims, music rights, required disclosures, and the rights and permissions needed to share it. AI-generated text or images may contain mistakes. Moze Studio does not guarantee factual accuracy, suitability, engagement, distribution, or revenue.

Do not use the app to publish unlawful material, infringe other people’s rights, impersonate others deceptively, or evade a platform’s restrictions. Keep fictional and hypothetical content identifiable where necessary and apply the platform’s required audience and synthetic-content disclosures.

Third-party services

Use of YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s processing of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Instagram, Claude, any optional Grok Bot connection, and hosting services are also subject to their own applicable terms and policies.

Platform permissions, quotas, API availability, content review, and account restrictions may affect uploads or publication. The app cannot guarantee approval, uninterrupted access, or publication at an exact time. Any provider subscriptions, API charges, or hosting costs are the operator’s responsibility.

Local operation and availability

Video generation, preparation, uploads, and Instagram publishing depend on the Mac and worker being available, having enough disk space, and retaining valid service access. The local software and information website are provided as available, without a promise of continuous service or a particular result. The operator should keep appropriate backups and check reported failures.

Privacy, disconnection, and removal

The privacy policy explains data use, AI processing, local storage, and disconnection controls. Disconnecting an account removes specified local authorization and API records and requests provider revocation. It does not remove original or generated media, or delete posts already published on a platform. Manage published content through the relevant platform.

Changes and contact

The application, integrations, and these terms may change as the personal workflow evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version. For questions, contact MozeTech on X.
